CATALONIA ABSOLUTE CHAMPIONSHIP 2026

From 10–12 July, Peralada Golf hosted the 2026 Catalonia Absolute and 2nd Category Championship, one of the premier events on the Catalan amateur golf calendar.

Members of Club de Golf Llavaneras delivered an impressive performance throughout the tournament, highlighted by Paula Jiménez Martínez, who claimed the title of 2026 Catalonia Absolute Champion with a winning total of 210 strokes (-3).

Other notable performances included Marina Joyce Moreno, who finished 5th overall; Kealeboga Mdlulwa, 7th overall; Itziar de Ormaechea Plans, 10th overall; Jan Bernet Martínez de Morentín, 17th overall; and Eneko de Ormaechea Plans, who placed 15th in the 2nd Category.
